  Charlene N. was very professional and easy to work with. She was very pleasant and made this entire experience stress free. I would definitely recommend Ballards and their team of professionals to anyone with a loss of a loved one. I would have to say that getting the plans for my parents back in 2005 really helped. Those of you with aging parents should plan it out with your parents while they are alive with a professional from Ballards and you will be guaranteed peace when you need it most.

  I really appreciated the kindness and compassion of the staff at Norman's. Gwen patiently and kindly helped us navigate through all the details and decisions, BJ our funeral director was so empathic and compassionate and Donnienne created our beautiful programs along with our other printed materials. They were a pleasure to work with. Mahalo!

  I can not say enough about the outstanding service our family received by the staff at Ballard Family Mortuary. They were so helpful and very professional. They treated our family with the utmost respect and compassion during the most difficult time as we grieved for the loss of our beloved mother, wife and friend. They followed through on everything they said they would do and then some. Much Aloha and Mahalo!

  All the staff at the Maui office were so accommodating. My mom died in the mainland but wanted her ashes to be spread at Napili point . I was trying coordinate when I could come from San Diego and when the hotel had reasonable prices to stay. Ballard was very patient and even coordinated the courier delivery of my moms ashes with my arrival at the resort. As an only child trying to think of everything at a difficult time Ballard really came through and supported my efforts to comply with my moms wishes! Thanks to all at Ballard!

  Ballard Family Mortuary made it so easy and worry free for us in processing of all the paperwork for my father's arrangement in bringing his body back to Philippines. You just tell them what you like and they will take care of everything for you. I didn't make a mistake when I bought my funeral plan. My sincerest Mahalo to BFM.
